Palavas Jet Ski (with or without permit)
Palavas Jet Ski also offers both jet ski rental with and without permit required. You are not required to have a permit to ride a jet ski alone or even with another passenger. However, if you’d like to go on a guided, long-distance ride, you’ll need a permit. Otherwise, you’ll be accompanied by a jet ski monitor on the same watercraft. You must be over 16 years old to operate the jet ski. Although, Palavas Jet Ski also offers a « baptism » class for beginners and children younger than 16. Kahuna Jet Ski (with or without permit)
If you’re above the age of 16, you can rent a jet ski at Kahuna Jet Ski in Palavas. You’ll be accompanied by a professional monitor during your journey if you choose a no-permit option. However, if you’ve already got your permit, you’re welcome to rent your jet ski and head out on the waves all on your own. The sea belongs to you! Jet 7 Palavas (without permit)
Finally, Jet 7 Palavas (pronounced « Jet set ») offers the chance for anyone over the age of 16 to rent and operate their own jet ski, either alone or with a passenger. However, no worries if you’re under the age of 16, or if you simply don’t feel up to operating the watercraft by yourself. You can just as easily request a licensed monitor during your ride.
Similarly to the other jet ski rental companies in Palavas, at Jet 7, you can introduce your children under the age of 16 to the jet ski experience with a « baptism » option for only 20€. For adults over the age of 16, depending on the morning or afternoon session, you can rent a jet ski for 30 minutes to an hour, for prices ranging from 55€ to 130€. There is also an option for a two-hour long journey from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a pit-stop on a private beach and a complimentary cocktail for 160€ per person.
